Antoinette Delhonte

CEO and Co-Founder

After graduation, Antoinette began work in public as an account at Ernst and Young followed by Shannon and Snyder. As a staff accountant, Antoinette learned to effectively multi-task numerous responsibilities. She was able to oversee the preparation of various tax forms, including individual, corporate, and non-profit organizations.

In 2004, Antoinette accepted a new position as Senior Accountant for the Symantec Corporation. At Symantec, her responsibilities included creating allocation and appointment reports using payroll, property, and revenue data for multiple entities within the consolidated group. She also assisted with the information gathering process and execution of state audit requests.

In 2007, Antoinette again continued her career trajectory by accepting a position at Bay Partners. At Bay Partners, a Venture Capital Firm with over 1 Billion in assets, Antoinette managed several aspects of the accounting/back office responsibilities.

For the past 8 years, Antoinette has also helped to build a consulting company, Redwood Valuation Partners. As a founding partner, Antoinette helped to build the company from 10 clients to now 400, while also managing 5 associates.  As Partner, she interfaces with the management team of numerous startups to determine their companies compliance with both sections 409(a) and ASC 718 .

Three years ago, Antoinette co-founded Paragon Accounting with Maria Ruiz. At Paragon, Antoinette and Maria strive to provide customized CFO services to Venture Capital Firms in all stages of growth and development.  Their goal is to combine their many years of Accounting, Controller, and CFO experience to offer a tailored CFO service help to a select group of Venture Capital firms.
